363 George Street, Sydney

363 George Street, Sydney is a high tech office complex with 25 levels of office space. The developments also required the integration and restorartion of two important heritage buildings within the boundaries of the site constrained by four buildings all owned by the client. The architectural concept for the building pushed the tower above three of these buildings to create a soaring 30 m high entry foyer. This project features many interesting and innovative structural features which contribute to its position as one of Sydney's prestige office buildings.
