Abstrait:

The construction industry is under pressure to innovate. The need to enhance productivity and to address the challenges of reducing carbon emissions require a step-change in how we produce our built environment. This means that a risk-averse construction industry will need to adopt novel approaches to construct the resource efficient buildings of the future. This panel session sets out to explore why innovation isn’t happening, where it is, and why. It will also explore what can be done to accelerate the changes required to meet the challenges industry faces.
