| Abstrait: | This paper presents two footbridges recently designed by the authors in Spain. The examples clearly illustrate that innovative solutions, beauty, structural efficiency and construction is the result of combination of knowledge in structural analysis and materials behaviour and the attention given to aesthetics aspects. The relevant features of the conceptual design, structural analysis and construction are presented in the paper. |
