Abstrait:

The John James Audubon Bridge across the Mississippi River is a four-lane bridge currently under construction near New Roads, Louisiana, USA. The main bridge is the central component of the first design-build transportation project to be undertaken by Louisiana. The cable-stayed main

bridge is a 971 m long structure with a 482 m main span, 195 m side spans and 49 m flanking spans. The light composite deck structure was conceived to be a competitive design-build solution and will be the longest cable-stayed bridge in the Americas when completed in early 2011.
